This series of products are mainly used for the production and processing of rubber products, main features as below:
1. Ozone aging resistance: it can separate out the rubber surface and form a protective film;
- It can plasticize and improve processing performance: the molecular weight of this series of special wax is much lower than that of rubber, and it can easily enter the rubber molecular chain after adding, making the rubber molecular chain easier to slide;
- As the rubber processing aid, it can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve extrusion molding rate, increase mold flow, good for demoulding, and improve the surface brightness and smoothness of products.
- Make the rubber more easily mixed and even: it can enter the rubber molecular chain, expand the distance between the rubber molecular chains, and bring the low-molecular complex into the rubber molecular chain, making other mixtures more easily dispersed.
- Proper addition can reduce Mooney viscosity of the compound and play a plasticizing role.
- Improve the mixing uniformity of rubber compound: play a certain dispersion role in the self-lubrication and inorganic addition of internal and external rubber materials, and improve the mixing uniformity of rubber compound.
