Polypropylene Wax ( PP Wax )
This series products with high melting point, low ash-melting point, excellent lubricity and dispersity. It is a good auxiliaries in polyolefin processing.
Application Field:
- For high viscosity polypropylene filament processing, PP wax can improve MI value, increase lubricity and liquidity, reduce the flat wire break and enhance surface finishing.
- PP wax can be used as release agent in polypropylene resin blends. It can improve the liquidity of blends to make the material dissolvable.
- PP wax can be used in toner. It can increase the melting point and durable of toner Meanwhile, it can prevent reprint bond.
- For LDPE, HDPE extrusion processing, PP wax can reduce host current by 10-20%, increase the extrusion rate and enhance work efficiency. Especially for LLDPE film blown process, PP wax can improve the appearance and transparency of film, Eliminate shark skin phenomenon.
- PP wax can be used as lubricant and dispersant in spinning master batch. It is especially suitable for propylene master batch, dacron master batch and nylon spinning master batch.
- PP wax can be used in hot melt adhesive and printing ink. It can improve the abrasion resistance of ink, overcome wipe up, enhance the heat resistance.
